On July 13, 2024, JNV Williamnagar conducted a comprehensive Parent-Teacher Meeting (PTM) from 11:30 a.m. onwards. The event served as a pivotal platform for fostering communication between guardians and educators, focusing on the academic progress and overall development of students across classes VI to XII. The PTM commenced with all students attending in their respective classrooms, accompanied by their class teachers. Throughout the session, class teachers engaged individually with parents, providing detailed insights and feedback on their child's progress. This one-on-one interaction was pivotal in addressing specific concerns and charting out strategies for enhancing student learning outcomes. The setup ensured a systematic approach, with class teachers stationed in their designated classrooms, ready to engage with parents individually. To facilitate smooth navigation for parents, the seating arrangements of teachers were prominently displayed at the front gate of the academic block. Furthermore, the PTM enabled guardians to meet with subject teachers. A notable aspect of this PTM was the announcement regarding student attendance. It was made clear that students with five or more leaves would be reported to the RO, with decisions regarding their status being determined solely by the RO. This initiative aims to ensure accountability and maintain discipline among students. The PTM at JNV Williamnagar underscored the school's commitment to nurturing a supportive educational ecosystem, where parents and teachers work hand in hand to empower students.
