As we all know that yoga is a powerful tool for promoting mental well-being, stress reduction and the development of resilience and coping skills, in continuation of the celebration of World Mental Health Day both the teachers and the students of JNV EGH has performed Yoga on 4th October 2023 under the guidance of the Staff Nurse Licia Nongrum. By integrating yoga into their daily lives individuals can experience profound positive changes in their mental health. By incorporating yoga into the school curriculum, we not only celebrate this important day but also empower students to take charge of their mental health, ensuring a brighter and healthier future.
