To celebrate
International Day for Biodiversity ( 22 nd May), students from
JNV Williamnagar showcased their intellect and passion for environmental conservation by participating in a
national-level essay writing competition organized by the National Museum of Natural History (NMNH). It was held on April 23rd within the school premises, resonating with the theme of preserving and appreciating Earth's rich biodiversity.
The competition, open to students from
classes IX to XII, aimed to nurture a sense of environmental responsibility and awareness among the youth. Participants from JNV Williamnagar delved into various dimensions of environmental conservation, showcasing a profound understanding of the intricate relationship between human activities and the natural world.
