On the bright morning of
25th July 2024,
JNV Williamnagar celebrated the
fourth day of Shiksha Saptah with captivating
dance performance by the students of
class VIII, who showcased their talent through a
traditional Garo song. The class VIII students, adorned in traditional Garo attire, took the stage and captivated the
audience with their graceful and rhythmic
movements. Their dance was a beautiful homage to the rich cultural heritage of the Garo community, emphasizing the importance of preserving and celebrating
indigenous traditions. This cultural program of JNVEGH, aligns with the objectives of the
National Education Policy (NEP) 2020, which promotes regional languages and cultural heritage.
