Nilgiri Girls House emerges victorious in both junior and senior categories in the Interhouse Chess Competition at JNV Williamnagar: A Day of Strategic Battles

JNV Williamnagar held its eagerly awaited interhouse chess competition on 18th July, 2024, bringing together the sharpest minds in the school. The event, hosted in the school's assembly ground from 4.30 p.m. onwards, saw enthusiastic participation across various categories, culminating in a series of intense and thrilling matches. Udaigiri House.  Mausumi Rabha from Nilgiri Senior girls showcased her strategic acumen by overcoming her opponent. In the boys' categories, Shivalik

House claimed the title in the senior boys' category, while Udaigiri House triumphed in the junior boys' category. In a friendly

match, Ansumwi Brahma (PGT Economics)  ma'am displayed her chess

acumen by defeating the senior boys'
