PM SHRI School JNV East Garo Hills, has added yet another feather to its cap by emerging as the
Runners-Up in the prestigious
Pre-Subroto Football League Tournament held at JNV Barpeta.
The road to the final was not easy. Our team exhibited commendable performance by defeating some of the strongest contenders, including JNV Sikkim, a team known for its strategic gameplay, as well as JNV Hailakandi and JNV Sonitpur.
In the grand finale, our players faced a tough battle against
JNV Mukhla. Despite their best efforts and fighting spirit, the team narrowly missed the championship title and secured the well-deserved Runners-Up position.
The entire school community beamed with pride at this splendid accomplishment. In recognition of their outstanding feat, all the players were felicitated with medals during the morning assembly, where our
Principal Sir, Mr. Ravi Kant not only honoured the team but also delivered a stirring and motivational address. He lauded their perseverance, discipline, and unwavering spirit, urging all students to draw inspiration from their success and continue striving for excellence in every pursuit.
